About The Team
The Internal Communications and Talent Brand team is responsible for all company-wide communications, events, cultural recognition programs, and more. We lead the company’s employer brand presences, and Corporate Social Responsibility programs. We are empowered to think big and act globally across several countries to build a unified, extraordinary experience for our team members.
About You

• You can multitask and prioritize competing priorities
• You’re a storyteller with excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Working knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop, and Canva is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in general marketing, communications and/or brand strategy
• 2+ years of experience preferred specifically in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or internal communications
• You’re able to focus and sculpt communications (written, verbal, video, etc.) to best meet the needs of the audience
• Understanding and adoption of brand guidelines while still finding ways to get creative
• You’re a team player who finds ways to get the job done
• You know your way around Google Suite, specifically Docs, Slides, Sites, and Sheets
• Knowledgeable about social media content, data, analytics and managing campaigns

A day in the life of our Talent Brand & Communications Program Manager

• Help expand Crunchyroll’s employer brand reputation across social media, external websites, partnerships/collaborations, awards, and events
• Create and curate compelling stories in the form of blog posts, email messaging, newsletters, podcasts, and social media posts
• Partner with the Talent Attraction team to develop and drive awareness campaigns across our social media channels to strategically expand our candidate pool
• Monitor social media channels across our talent-focused platforms, such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and others, focusing on engagement trends
• Engage and interview Crunchyroll employees to learn about their challenges, how they got here, and what’s most important to their career journey
• Immerse yourself in the culture of our people behind the product, as well as our efforts to support the anime community

The Pay Range for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Crunchyroll’s Total Rewards offerings for employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, employer matched retirement savings, time-off programs, and progressive health benefits and perks.
