Company Description
The Brand Media Network team raises awareness, drives relevance, and encourages trial of Red Bull by amplifying brand marketing initiatives via the media network (communications, content, programming and partnerships). The team also ensures the brand and can are properly represented and communicated by the entire company. The team acts as the brand ambassador and custodian across the organization and provides ongoing education and consultation on brand attributes, tone of voice, branding, proper can integration with toolkits, trainings, and best practices.
BRAND MANAGEMENT
- Liaise across the full Red Bull organization to ensure the brand/can is properly represented and communicated
- Identify opportunities in marketing and media to integrate product, occasion messaging, and general brand attributes
- Provide ongoing education and consultation on brand attributes, tone of voice, branding, proper can integration, etc. with toolkits, trainings, and best practices
COMMUNICATIONS
- Ideate and consult on short and mid-form video content (emphasis on social content), to amplify brand marketing initiatives
- Secure earned traditional and social media coverage in beverage trade, mainstream, and lifestyle media, and on Red Bull athletes', dancers', artists', and partners' channels
- Cultivate and engage relevant opinion leaders and partners to amplify brand marketing initiatives
- Lead national integrated communications campaigns (Earned, Managed, & Owned) for national Brand Marketing projects such as new product launches, consumption occasion campaigns, collegiate marketing projects, and consumer activations
- Advise on distribution and programming plans of campaign content and materials
CONTENT STRATEGY, CREATION and DISTRIBUTION
- Support in creating the content strategy, establish engagement and reach targets, support in concept development, and be a part of the execution and distribution
- Collaborate on distribution strategy for content across Earned, Managed, and Owned channels
- Commission content related to global student projects, product launches, and occasion campaigns including social, mid-form and live content
- Help coordinate strategic and impactful video content in an authentic and credible way around brand marketing projects
- Monitor content performance, traffic and usage trends alongside Programming and Analytics
- Coordinate with in-house and third-party producers to identify content opportunities, create scalable formats, assign project leads and guide productions
GENERAL MANAGEMENT & PLANNING
- Contribute to annual business planning process and help deliver a full-year plan that supports the brand marketing plan with communications, content, programming and partnerships
- Share insights and best practices with our organization and key team members
- Maintain tools and systems to track, optimize and recap campaign successes
Qualifications
- Collaborative mentality is a must
- Project manager – planning and organizing is a top strength
- Experience in content creation and distribution
- English, additional languages an advantage
- Cultivate relationships across departments, industries, and geographical regions
- Bring people together, motivate individuals, and hold them accountable to their responsibilities
- 7+ years of integrated communications (PR, content, social) experience required with high profile brands or agency account management
- Bachelor's degree preferred or experience in lieu of degree
- Excited about innovation and open to strategically taking risks and pushing the envelope
- Move projects forward without daily direction and management
- Outstanding storytelling skills and a finger on the pulse of mainstream media trends and news
Additional information
The base salary range for this position is 101k to 112k + cash incentives
Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience.
The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
