Program Manager, User Management

Location: 10250 Constellation Blv, Century City, Los Angeles, US (3 days hybrid in the office)

About This Role

This role is a critical link between individual users and the LA BIGO team. The Program Manager builds relationships with our top users on BIGO LIVE, helps them drive adoption of certain features in-app, increase investment on BIGO LIVE, and manages the user experience. This role will also work cross functionally to “unlock” access, experiences, and features for our top users. This role requires individuals to both understand the overall app ecosystem and engage individual influential users to understand their motivations for participation on Bigo.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with the top users on Bigo

• Proactively identify and solve user pain points that are impacting their experience on BIGO LIVE

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders from Operations, Marketing, Product, and Analytics to increase user stickiness, activation and loyalty

• Impact the team and business’ monetary goals

• Back-up user assumptions with data and actionable solutions

• Advocate for the user within the BIGO LIVE ecosystem

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience

• 5+ years of professional experience in a personalized and productive customer support role

• Strong business communication skills, excellent logical thinking, and good intuition for discovering value patterns from data
