TalentPop is experiencing exponential growth (over 600% in the last year) and is looking for the best- in class Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and support our clients.

Your mission: Help build our team of Customer Service agents, Virtual Assistants, Graphic Designers, and more.

You will understand the unique needs of our clients and be a dynamic force in helping us continue to grow and allow us to continue to provide our clients with top-tier customer service agents.

We are considering candidates with the following qualifications:

• Start-up experience is a plus
• Orange County area resident
• 1+ years of Leadership/Management experience
• Business development experience is a plus
• E-Commerce experience is a plus
• 1+ years of Hiring/Recruitment experience

Roles and responsibilities:

• Managing Recruitment (75%): This includes conducting final interviews, creating and sending out important candidate documents, following up with candidates, client-candidate matchmaking
• Admin/Misc (25%): Responding to emails, adding files to our Google Drive, creating documents/spreadsheets, and other misc tasks.
