Conduct friendly and informative initial phone screens, providing candidates with a positive introduction to our company and culture.
Skillfully manage schedules, coordinating calls and interviews with precision and efficiency for both our internal teams and candidates.
Maintain organized calendars for our hiring teams and candidates, ensuring a smooth and seamless interview process.
Demonstrate exceptional communication skills by promptly and professionally interacting with candidates, offering assistance and guidance throughout their interview journey.
Utilize advanced recruiting software to meticulously track and manage open positions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Execute mass email communications, including confirmation of application receipt and respectful rejection notices, while also handling essential paperwork like offer letters.
Coordinate essential pre-employment processes, such as drug tests and background checks, ensuring a thorough and reliable onboarding process.
Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
A proven track record of 1-2 years of experience as a Recruiter or in a Customer Service/Public Relations role, showcasing your ability to connect and engage with individuals effectively.
Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle, demonstrating your comprehensive understanding of the recruitment process from start to finish.
A strong aptitude for technology, allowing you to navigate and leverage various software and tools to enhance your efficiency and effectiveness.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to engage with candidates and colleagues in a clear, respectful, and professional manner.
The capacity to manage multiple calendars and schedules, demonstrating your excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
