Job Description
We are looking for a Recruiter with full-cycle recruiting experience to join our Human Resources team! Recruiter will support hiring for LA Clippers and Intuit Dome and partner closely with hiring managers and other decision makers to drive an efficient and effective recruiting process that results in top talent joining the LA Clippers enterprise. Recruiter will be accountable to building a highly qualified and diverse candidate pool and to filling requisitions in a timely manner. Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting - all hiring manager communication, job description preparation/posting, candidate sourcing, screening and submissions, relationship management, setting and managing process expectations, and coordinating new hire logistics


The ideal candidate will be business savvy, possess an ability to navigate an ambiguous, matrixed environment to achieve goals, demonstrate they are highly capable at establishing themselves as a thought partner to internal clients, and have history of successful closing candidates at a high rate. Bonus points for previous high-volume recruitment experience and has a passion for the sports and entertainment industry.


This is a project-based role (initially slated for 9 months) based out of our DTLA office and is eligible for our competitive benefit offerings including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan with company contribution, Well-Being Allowance, and more.

What You Will Do


  • Coordinate virtual and on-site interviews with hiring managers and hiring team
  • Handle the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and the administration components involved in full lifecycle recruiting
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Craft job descriptions that accurately represent job requirements and company needs to attract top talent
  • Utilize recruiting and sourcing resources such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, Harver (formerly OutMatch/WePow), and Beamery to post available positions and source passive candidates.
  • Find creative ways to proactively source and attract talent, both passive and active candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers to assess recruiting needs and develop recruiting strategy
  • Own requisition load of 10-15 requisitions at any given time
  • Evaluate candidates relevant knowledge, skills, and experience and make recommendations to hiring managers


Your Background, Skills And Qualifications


  • Due to the nature of our industry, the candidate may need to work some select weeknights, weekends, and holidays
  • Self-starter and entrepreneurial spirit with hands-on approach towards business.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, including closing offers with candidates
  • Effective interpersonal skills, both oral and written.
  • Bachelors Degree in HR or a related field or equivalent experience
  • Ability to learn, contribute and thrive in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated dedication with the ability to lead projects from origin through execution.
  • Knowledge of applicable local, state and federal labor laws
  • Previous work experience as a full-cycle Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
  • Experience working in Greenhouse highly preferred
