The Talent Acquisition Sourcer supports the Talent Acquisition team in representing GPI and attracting high performing candidates to the organization.
JOB FUNCTIONS: Job functions include but are not limited to the following.
- Develop and maintain pipeline of candidates for future positions.
- Maintain recruiting KPIs through measuring conversions rates of applications, interviews, and hires
- Develop and send recruiting communications.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must work within and adhere to the company’s core values of Integrity, Respect, Accountability, Relationships and Teamwork
- Identify qualified candidates through utilizing effective sourcing techniques (Boolean search).
- Maintain candidate database through management of ATS.
- Notify past applicants regarding new job opportunities.
- Build talent pipeline for future hiring.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers, following up to obtain feedback and outcomes of interviews and communicating rejection or extending offers to candidates.
- Represent GPI and generate interest for the company and its roles.
- Work effectively with candidates, hiring managers and HR Business partners to drive alignment and consensus throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience is maintained by leading a high-quality recruitment, feedback and communication process throughout recruitment.
BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE:
- Experience with talent acquisition recruiting platforms and social medias (ex. LinkedIn)
- 2 years experience in HR, sales, and/or project management
- Excellent customer and recruitment agency relationship management
- Talent acquisition skills (internet navigation/Boolean Search)
EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE:
- Knowledge of ATS
- Knowledge of HR principles
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration preferred or closely related work experience required in lieu of degree.
SKILLS:
- Ability to build relationships.
- Analytical skills
- Customer excellence and sales experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, & Outlook) along with internet research capabilities
- Verbal and written communication
- Effective time management
- Strong collaboration skills
SCHEDULE DEMANDS:
- Occasional overnight travel to include flying, driving, riding or by rail.
- General schedule is an 8-hour M-F assignment, however, employee must be willing to work alternate schedules occasionally; that may include early mornings, nights, and/or weekends and be punctual while doing so.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Sitting or standing for extended periods of time up to 8-hours.
- Occasional Lifting up to 20 lbs.
- Reading computer screen or other electronic devices.
- Use of various office hand and electrical tools or equipment.

Required Skills
