The Talent Acquisition Sourcer responsibilities will include all of the following:

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage passive and tactical candidate pipelines, maintaining a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Managing 8-15 requisitions consistently and seeking out best practices and process improvements.
  • Engaging with hiring managers and the Construction Industries leadership team to understand the talent needs, challenges, and priorities to build sourcing and go-to-market strategies for identifying and attracting top talent. Have an in-depth understanding of the business areas and the skills in demand.
  • Collaborating with other Talent Acquisition professionals to share knowledge, sourcing best practices, and upskill on Technical Sourcing methodologies.
  • Continually providing feedback to the leaders on activity, outreach, challenges, and overall insights on the external market conditions. Ability to translate challenges into creative solutions to overcome roadblocks.
  • Utilizing creative sourcing strategies using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Beamery, and other channels to generate new leads and nurture existing leads. Demonstrated Advanced technical and diversity sourcing methodologies.
  • Ensuring the positive candidate experience is at the forefront of all recruitment activity and building brand advocacy for Construction Industries

SKILLS

Recruitment Channel Management : Knowledge of the benefit, selection, implementation, and operation of various recruitment channels (e.g., computer databases, Internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media, recruiting firms, and employee referrals); ability to use appropriate channels to achieve objectives of organizational talent strategy.

  • Uses different recruitment channels to attract appropriate candidates for job vacancies.
  • Participates in the process of recruitment channel optimization within the organization.
  • Follows guidelines and standards in the process of recruitment channel selection.
  • Analyzes the effectiveness of different recruitment channels (e.g., corporate websites, recruiting firms, Internet job sites) in job vacancy recruiting.

Candidate Screening: Knowledge of techniques, methods, and processes of candidate screening; ability to preselect suitable candidates for first and further interviews within the organization.

  • Evaluates best practices of candidate screening within the industry to learn their rationale and practices.
  • Oversees the candidate information system in accordance with daily operational needs.
  • Coaches others on candidate screening techniques and methods.
  • Screens candidates for senior positions within the organization.

Candidate Sourcing: Knowledge of techniques, methods, and channels of candidate sourcing; ability to attract and qualify candidates for immediate job vacancies or as potential long-term job candidates.

  • Investigates the organization's short- and long-term HR needs.
  • Evaluates industry best practices for candidate sourcing to learn their rationale, processes, and policies.
  • Develops a multi-channel candidate sourcing strategy within the organization.
  • Advises on how to solve various problems between business and sourcing functions; provides expertise for managers of employer departments.
  • Recommends improvements to increase the efficiency of candidate sourcing tools and software.

Staffing and Recruiting: Knowledge of standards, processes, techniques, and methods used in staffing and recruiting; ability to identify, select, retain, and relocate qualified personnel, both internally and externally, for a wide range of positions.

  • Evaluates the effectiveness of the current recruiting system, techniques, and methods.
  • Facilitates the utilization of recruiting and retention best practices and benchmarking.
  • Resolves complex problems in the recruiting and staffing processes for various positions.

Workforce Analytics: Knowledge of human resources (HR) and workforce issues and trends; ability to analyze workforce data, information, and metrics and apply the results to support business decisions.

  • Implements appropriate analytical tools and applications in workforce project operations.
  • Gathers data and researches to monitor workforce trends.
  • Generates reports to senior colleagues to support ad hoc projects and dashboards.

Requirements:

  • +5 years experience developing talent pipelines for critical business roles and technical roles
  • +5 years of Sourcing in a Talent Acquisition Function
