Company is an EPC company supporting the renewable energy industry, specifcally utility scale solar, wind, and battery storage projects around the United States This is a full time, 6 month contract-to-hire opportunity that offers a hybrid working.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Sourcer responsibilities will include research, development, and implementation of effective sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent. The Sourcer will be focused on ensuring that all viable candidates are a good match to our vision, mission, and cultural values. The Sourcer will consult with the hiring managers across all departments, from professional class engineering or office-based roleds to field-based and skilled trades, to understand the positions.
