Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements

Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)

Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired

Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role

Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)

Solid verbal and written communication skills

Excellent time management skills; Ability to react and respond to the critical demands of the department with competing deadlines

Superb organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously

Collaborate with team members to create and maintain important metrics for the HR team and hiring managers

3+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively and build relationships

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, fostering cooperation and alignment across teams

4+ years of experience as a Sourcer focused on recruiting hard to fill roles

2+ years of experience focused on Sourcing technical roles

Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms, crafting Boolean search strings, tools & resources)

Experience sourcing for 5 or more different roles simultaneously

Ideally, experience sourcing technical talent for international teams.

Actively mines Taleo and other online job sites to generate resumes to ensure potential candidates meet requirements.

Generates high quality candidates for assigned openings.

Maintain talent pool of passive candidates to reduce sourcing times on future searches.

Update recruiting system (Taleo) with status of candidates screened.

Provide support to department regarding onboarding new candidates and fill - in when necessary.

Inspiring and fostering an environment of anti-racist behaviors among and between departments and co-workers.

Conduct initial phone/video interviews to evaluate and determine candidate qualifications; support talent acquisition team during in-person interviews

Prepare candidate write ups for hiring manager review

1-3 years of successful sourcing experience

B.A. or B.S. degree or equivalent related experience

Proven problem-solving and interpersonal skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Develop pipeline of talent with Analyst, Associate and Manager candidates across various consulting practices for current and future openings

Manage applicant tracking system (Taleo) and recruiting event platform (Yello) throughout the recruitment process

Demonstrated experience in core sourcing skills (job requirements gathering, technical sourcing, social media, cold calling, phone screening).

Demonstrated ATS/CRM (applicant tracking system/customer relationship management) experience with sourcing, tracking and managing candidates.

Proven ability to partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand technical requirements of roles to qualify external candidates.

Track leads/candidates and maintain data integrity within iCIMS, our applicant tracking and candidate management system

Demonstrated experience working in a high-volume environment and delivering quality pipelines of candidates under very tight timelines.

Demonstrated experience sourcing candidates for technical engineering and manufacturing roles.
