We're looking for a Talent Sourcer who will report to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and be located at our corporate headquarters in Austin, Texas. This individual will generate a pipeline of qualified talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, personal networks and more to support our team of recruiters. Will also partner with the full Talent Acquisition team to understand the most need critical needs and critical roles, and use best practices to prioritize and build a pipeline of talent.

Responsibilities:

• Implement a communication strategy to maintain relationships with passive candidates
• Partner with YETI recruiters to create a sourcing strategy for each role
• Source candidates for roles across the business
• Measure success of sourcing efforts through KPIs and Talent Acquisition metrics, and then make recommendations for change based on your findings

Qualifications and Attributes:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Experience working within a global, public company highly preferred
• Experience building a diverse candidate pipeline
• Possess strong initiative and ability to work within high-growth, dynamic environments
• Positive attitude and professionalism are required for success
• At least 1 year of professional experience as a recruiter or sourcer required
• Strong analytical skills and ability to report on KPIs and Talent Acquisition metrics
• Strong verbal and written communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

US Workplace Approach:

• Onsite: Role requires you to be onsite full-time.
• Remote: Role is full-time remote.
• Hybrid: Role requires you to be located in Austin, Texas and is a mixture of onsite and remote.
