Clinical Talent Sourcer Jobs

Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements

Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)

Measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired

Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role

Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)

Solid verbal and written communication skills

Sourcing well qualified for difficult to fill clinical roles across all US regions.

Tracking: or sourcing activity to show ROI against # of candidates sourced, passed to recruiter, and successful hires.

Lead ad-hoc sourcing the Clinical and Corporate Talent Acquisition teams providing support and expertise where requested

Proactively identify and implement operational sourcing improvements to support organizational growth.

Execute with a great sense of urgency and zealously improve sourcing efforts through creatively identifying new sourcing channels

Excellent time management skills; Ability to react and respond to the critical demands of the department with competing deadlines

Superb organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously

Collaborate with team members to create and maintain important metrics for the HR team and hiring managers

3+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively and build relationships

Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, fostering cooperation and alignment across teams

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, health care administration, or related field or equivalent work experience

• 5+ years of nursing experience

• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR, healthcare administration, nursing, or related field

• Evidence of career progression in nursing, education, and leadership in a healthcare setting

• Knowledge of healthcare industry, strategy, financing, and operations

4+ years of experience as a Sourcer focused on recruiting hard to fill roles

2+ years of experience focused on Sourcing technical roles

Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms, crafting Boolean search strings, tools & resources)

Experience sourcing for 5 or more different roles simultaneously

Ideally, experience sourcing technical talent for international teams.

Experience Sourcing/Recruiting Full Time Permanent employees

Actively mines Taleo and other online job sites to generate resumes to ensure potential candidates meet requirements.

Generates high quality candidates for assigned openings.

Maintain talent pool of passive candidates to reduce sourcing times on future searches.

Update recruiting system (Taleo) with status of candidates screened.

Provide support to department regarding onboarding new candidates and fill - in when necessary.

Inspiring and fostering an environment of anti-racist behaviors among and between departments and co-workers.

Experience identifying trends, leveraging knowledge, data, and competitive intelligence to develop creative and customized sourcing strategies

Review and screen resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications and fit

Awareness of what competitors and similar industry organizations are offering in the market

Own the sourcing function-search, identify, reach, screen, and engaging candidates for corporate functions and front office roles

Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit when needed

Partner with the full-cycle recruiter to understand job requirements to source the most sought-after tech and other talent on the market

Collaborate with full cycle recruiter to schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers

Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities, candidate pipelines, and progress to the talent acquisition team and hiring managers

Experience souring tech talent highly preferred

Experience working in Linkedin Recruiter

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

Stay up-to-date with expected recruitment forecasts, provided by management and the People team.

Screen potential candidates for relevant experience, licensure, and cultural fit

At least 2 years of experience in talent sourcing, preferably in the mental health field

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with potential candidates and collaborate effectively with the hiring team

Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

Stay up-to-date with expected recruitment forecasts, provided by management and the People team.

Screen potential candidates for relevant experience, licensure, and cultural fit

At least 2 years of experience in talent sourcing, preferably in the mental health field

Minimum of 1 year of recruiting/sourcing experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment is required

Pharmaceutical and/or Biotechnology recruiting/sourcing experience is preferred
