Experian Talent Acquisition Operations is seeking a Communications, Change Management & Analytics lead to support our Global Talent Acquisition function. This role can be located in the US or Costa Rica and will lead our TA communication, change management, and training initiatives.


The position will report to the Talent Acquisition Operations Manager based the US. To thrive in this role you must be a communications expert with strong TA, change management, and analytics experience.



This role will support our Global Talent Acquisition function and will be a key member of our TA process improvement transformation team. This person will identify, develop, monitor, and implement routines related to Communications, Change Management, Analytics, Training.


This Position’s Responsibilities Include
  • Provide data, analytics, and reporting on TA performance that will help TA leadership constantly improve
  • Customizing communication channels and messaging
  • Executing change management routines which includes (but not limited to):
  • Constantly exploring ways to improve TA processes and bring innovation to make the team more efficient. This includes improving the TA Partner, candidate, and hiring manager experience
  • Localizing and cascading communications
  • Localizing communication approach, plan and templates
  • Updating key stakeholders
  • Defining communications governance and comms review process
  • Adhering to communication toolkit, including brand approved creatives/templates
  • Developing and executing our TA communications approach and plan
  • Preparing training materials
  • Developing & publishing FAQs
  • Identifying training requirements
  • Monitoring and adapting communication plans as needed
  • Analyzing stakeholder groups and their preferred communication channels
  • Develop training strategy and knowledge transfer plans
  • Conducting regular check ins to ensure quality TA services are being delivered
  • Partnering closely with Regional TA Leaders to ensure they are getting effective communications and training support
  • Sharing feedback from various projects with the program steering committee


Qualifications


  • Strong analytics skills and Business Modeling techniques and methods (Intermediate level skills with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
  • Strong expertise in TA process and systems
  • Motivated self-starter, able to work with minimal guidance when necessary
  • 2+ years of communications or TA operations experience
  • Advanced knowledge of reporting analytics, automation and quality tools to aid in governance
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to forge strong relationships across business and regions
  • Results orientated with strong organizing skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, public speaking and presentation skills
  • Must be innovative and skillful at problem solving, self-motivated and able to prioritize workload
  • Successful candidate will need to work in a matrixed environment and partner with global and regional colleagues

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets. The base pay range for this position is listed above. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors such as job-related skills, experience and education. This position is also eligible for a variable pay opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package which includes health, life and disability insurance, generous paid time off including paid parental and family care leave, an employee stock purchase plan and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
