About the Role:
The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated.

We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our E-commerce Operations team in the US, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for onboarding new sellers to TikTok Shop platform.
- Develop and own mass merchant acquisition and lead generation marketing strategy, channel mix and budget allocation by identifying high potential leads.
- Effectively find and qualify prospects and build a continued and robust new vendor pipeline to improve end to end seller onboarding experience.
- Collaborate and partner with internal, XFN teams to coordinate resources and drive vendor acquisition results.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- 7-10+ years experience in mass vendor acquisition, mass account manager or B2B performance marketing in tech, media agencies, or startups.
- At least 3 years of people management experience in the e-commerce industry.
- Bachelors degree or above
- Quick learner, proactive and resilient. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust fast to change.
- Structured and original thinking, good data sense, analytical skills and judgment capability.
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration, skilled at moving things forward.
- Passion for business and aim for higher goals.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $89870 - $280896 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
