Educational Consultant - Remote | Wfh

We have an incredible opportunity available for an enthusiastic and motivated Educational Consultant to join our dynamic team. You will lead the development and implementation of various projects, making a significant impact on our community. If you're passionate about education, project management, and building strong partnerships, this is the perfect role for you!
You'll have the chance to showcase your leadership skills by providing guidance and supervision to our dedicated project team members, administrative support staff, and talented student interns. You'll be responsible for creating draft scopes of work, establishing timelines, and managing budgets for each project, ensuring their successful completion.
You will have the exciting opportunity to engage with the community, foster new partnerships, and spearhead innovative projects. Additionally, you'll contribute to the overall work product by developing and delivering engaging curricula and other related educational materials.
Requirements
A relevant post-Baccalaureate degree (or foreign degree equivalent). Alternatively, a relevant Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) along with 3 or more years of experience in programs focused on community or regional issues will be considered.
At least two years of experience in human services practice.
Preferred Qualifications
Minimum of one year of project management experience.
Excellent written and oral communication skills, showcasing your ability to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
Experience in curriculum development and training, highlighting your expertise in creating engaging educational materials.
Familiarity with community service, the human services system in North Carolina, and child welfare practice, demonstrating your understanding of relevant social issues.
Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling you to efficiently handle multiple tasks and complex problems.
Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously, taking initiative while working under broad direction.
Proven ability to build trust and establish collaborative working relationships.
Master's degree in social work or a related human services field (e.g., social work, mental health, education).
