Description of Responsibilities:
As a Supervisor, Marketing, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the Marketing efforts as part of a 360 Company Strategy for all the brands: Giorgio Armani, Emporio Armani, Armani Exchange, Armani Casa and Armani Ristorante.
You will help develop and support marketing initiatives, while supporting mall partnerships, lease requirements, asset deliveries, as well as marketing amplifications across selling promotions, product launches, store openings, B2B and B2C activities & events, global marketing initiatives and overall department administration duties related to all brands and all channels of the Company.
Overview of Critical Duties
- Liaise with ecommerce teams to ensure omnichannel marketing approach/strategy.
- Partner with Client Engagement and CRM teams on GWP activities, in-store moments, and overall tactics to engage existing clients and recruit new clients.
- Maintain competitive study/analysis of relevant competitor marketing initiatives.
- Record keeping/reporting including recaps of all marketing initiatives.
- Provide general departmental support on initiatives as needed.
- Support execution of all marketing elements of 360* programs across all brands and channels.
- Support mall marketing strategy and partner with media team on tactical local/regional/lease-required mall advertising.
- Support creation and distribution of marketing collateral with graphics team, HQ, and external partners.
- Support B2B marketing, conclaves, and seasonal market activities with network.
- Support all DMS locations to ensure all marketing extensions are rolled out with relevant partners and lease requirements.
- Support marketing amplification of B2B and B2C events as needed.
- Coordinate marketing programs and coop advertising initiatives across print, digital, etc. with partners for wholesale, concession and lease locations/points of sale.
- Coordinate image and asset distribution to all mall partners for seasonal collections, special products, core collections, and events/initiatives.
- Support processing and record maintenance of marketing budget and departmental budget, inclusive of timely processing of invoices, account settlement, and expense reporting.
- Partner with events team to provide marketing support for retail, wholesale, and images events.
Background/Experience:
- Ability and willingness to work beyond a 9am – 6pm day
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills, including Outlook, Microsoft Office (emphasis on PowerPoint & Excel), etc. Candidate will be trained on internal administrative systems.
- Experience with marketing (360* approach)
- 2-4 years work related experience
- Bachelor’s Degree

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $55,000 - $60,000 annually based on experience, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and retirement plans with employer contributions. This position is located at our Giorgio Armani Corporate Office in NYC and offers the opportunity for a hybrid on-site schedule.
