Opportunity:

We are seeking a Marketing & Growth Consultant to be part of a consulting project which will be 1-2 weeks of work.

This individual must have worked in growth / marketing within the mental health, tele-health space.

They must have a full-funnel view of industry comps in terms of costs and conversion rates for each step of the client funnel.

Responsibilities:

Review each part of RL's client funnel and map it corresponding events in benchmark companies;

Analyze the conversion rates between each step of the RL funnel and compare it with industry benchmarks noting areas of similarity and difference;

Provide a GAP analysis for improvements in each part of the RL client funnel.

Requirements:

Has worked at a successful tele health / mental health tech company in the past 3 years in a performance marketing or customer growth role, with direct knowledge of the consumer funnel from ads to paying client conversion;

Has experience working in the NY / North East market, or at least somewhere in the US.
