Position Summary:

Our team is looking for an experienced, hard-working Growth Marketing Analyst to join our team in NYC. The Growth Marketing Analyst is a key member of our dynamic marketing team, responsible for driving growth and success for our brands through data-driven paid social media campaigns. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, advertising tools, and best practices, as well as strong analytical and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing, executing, and optimizing paid social campaigns that meet performance objectives. As a collaborative team player, the Growth Marketing Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of paid social strategies with other marketing channels and alignment with overall client objectives.

Essential Duties:

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices, sharing insights with the team to drive innovation in our paid social media strategies.
• Develop, execute, and manage paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other channels, to drive growth and meet performance goals
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and data teams, to develop high-performing ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies that resonate with target audiences
• Conduct A/B testing and other experimentation to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency, while maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS)
• Analyze and interpret campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities that will drive continuous improvement in campaign performance

Requirements:

• Previous campaign optimization experience
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, ability to perform analyses and identify insights for optimization
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with utmost focus and attention on customer conversations and performance metrics
• Strong collaboration skills, ability to work closely with team members to understand channel partner’s operational needs and implement appropriate solutions
• Entrepreneurial spirit; a self-starter and a quick learner
• Strong attention to detail, extremely organized
• Prior experience working in marketing automation, paid social or SEM campaign management, or performing data-driven analysis of campaign performance
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years of work experience in performance marketing, financial services, consulting, media buying, lead generation, or other quantitative/data-driven fields
