Marketing Supervisor Jobs

The Dave Cantin Group leverages a robust integrated marketing strategy to help drive its various business initiatives.DCG is looking for amarketing supervisorwho will work across all areas of marketing including strategy, digital, data, sports and entertainment hospitality, trade shows and events, advertising, and communications.Note: DCG marketing efforts are primarily B2B.

The position will provide the candidate with an incredible opportunity to be intimately involved in the planning and execution of all marketing initiatives.The candidate will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and several agencies to learn and grow professionally.

Position:Marketing Supervisor

Location:Remote based in: New York/New Jersey, Florida, California, or Texas

Reports To:Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Employment Status:Full Time, Exempt, No Overtime

Travel:Required as Needed

Responsibilities:

• Track marketing initiatives, results, and ROI.
• Work cross-functionally with other team members including the CRM specialist and managing directors to ideate and implement marketing campaigns.
• Develop marketing presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Project manage key marketing initiatives as identified by the CMO.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify specific areas of opportunity where marketing can support the DCG business.
• Work closely with agency partners to activate marketing and communication initiatives within their purview.

Qualifications:

• Adept at relationship building with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Some experience managing and executing programs related to events/experiential, brand marketing, marketing partnerships, digital/social campaigns, data or PR.
• Must be organized and have a strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Salesforce and/or business intelligence software a plus.
• Must be enthusiastic about the job, the company, and the services we have to offer.
• College degree is required.
• Experience with full suite of Microsoft office software.
• Experience within the auto industry and familiarity with the retail segment is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Must have a professional demeanor and be able to interact effectively with perspective clients, peers, and senior management staff.
• 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual Base Salary - $75,000 - $90,000
• Bonus Potential – Discretionary performance bonus potential
• Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and 401K
