Digital Marketing Director Jobs

A major consumer services company with over 6,000 locations nationally seeks a Digital Marketing leader to guide its media strategy, planning and performance measurement across all channels (digital, TV, radio, CRM, promotions). This is a highly visible role that will manage traditional and agency partners, build relationships with vendors such as 3rd party data providers and media outlets and build consensus for media plans across the company including senior leadership. The Director will work closely with the Audience Strategy and Analytics teams to be able to target customer segments and continuously optimize media performance

Ideal candidate will have a combination of agency and corporate (client-side) experience and working knowledge of digital analytics platforms, ad measurement tools like media mix and attribution modeling.

Position will be hybrid in the New York/New Jersey metro area. No relocation assistance offered at this time.

REQUIREMENTS

• Domain knowledge digital advertising including some proficiency with relevant platforms (e.g., Google Analytics
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of work experience in traditional (TV, radio) and digital (search, social, display, affiliate, video) media within a corporate marketing department or agency. Experience in the retail industry is a plus
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to synthesize data and tell a story
• Track record of partnering with external and external stakeholders
