Job Title: State Manager
Company Overview: We are a leading spirits company based in Miami that produces high-quality spirits and distributes them across the state. Our portfolio includes a range of premium brands that are loved by consumers across the state. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a State Manager to join our team and lead our sales efforts.
Job Overview: The State Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations across the state of Florida. They will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve our revenue and volume targets. The State Manager will be responsible for managing key accounts, building relationships with distributors, and overseeing the execution of sales and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on industry trends
- Oversee the execution of sales and marketing activities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth
- Manage sales forecasting and inventory levels to ensure adequate supply
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop brand strategies and initiatives
- Develop and manage budgets for sales and marketing activities
- Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with distributors
- Hire, train, and manage a team of sales representatives
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within the spirits industry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Must be able to travel within the state of Florida as needed
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
