EMC Financial, a boutique business financing firm, is looking for a Sales Development Coach to help generate and qualify prospects to grow the company’s revenue

We are seeking an experienced and highly energetic Sales Development Coach. This position will be responsible for leading a team of sales development representatives (SDRs). As a leader of this team, you will create scripts, deliver ongoing coaching, motivate the team, analyze conversion rates across lead sources, and make recommendations to increase performance. Your tasks will also include utilizing leadership techniques to help representatives attain goals through candid coaching feedback and 1:1 performance review. You will also need to have perfect interviewing and assessment skills to hire the best talent and grow the SDR organization.
What you’ll do as a Sales Development Coach at EMC:
- Nurture and generate sales leads, and create a Sales pipeline to manage the lead lifecycle
- Identify and implement recommendations for improvement in the areas of SDR efficiency, sales tools, and productivity
- Responsible for regularly compiling metrics and reporting to CEO
- Timely handling of sales leads and lead generation programs
- Develop the execution of go-to-market strategies and tactics for new campaigns and marketing programs, including script writing, recruiting, hiring, training, and motivating SDRs
- Coach and oversees the daily activities and quota performance management of individual SDRs.
How to be successful in this role:
- Understanding of CRM systems (CallTools experience a plus)
- Experience with lead generation and cold prospecting
- 2-5 years of quota-carrying sales development experience (management experience a plus)
- Ability to identify key trends in winning employees and replicate success across the group
- Focus on the career development of individual team members, helping position them for career advancement
- Strong leader who is self-motivated and able to develop and motivate employees
- Drive consistent lead/meeting qualification increasing overall sales pipeline
- Strong management skills within a remote sales environment
- Ability to innovate within a growing business unit
