Clarity, the app for your love life, just launched the world's first and only "24/7 Relationship Hotline” that lets you speak to certified coaches live on-demand 24/7. We're looking for coaches who are night owls and prefer to work in the evening/late nights.

You will receive professional training from one of the world’s top dating coaches and receive certification for your completion of our own training program if you aren't already certified.

Clarity is a relationship wellness platform that gives people all the tools to navigate every aspect of their love life—with a team of 50+ of the world’s top dating and relationship experts, an anonymous community for people to confide in, and an ever-growing curated content library of 500+ lessons. After beta testing over the past year, we’re about go-to-market and now we’re rolling out the Hotline feature.

Job Brief:

We’re looking for coaches to answer calls when users dial in to get help throughout their dating and relationship journey. If you’re articulate, great on the phone, and have strong listening skills, this could be a dream job for you! Flexible remote work hours makes it easy for you to build a schedule that works for you. This is a great position for someone who’s looking for a side gig or additional revenue stream.

Our 2-week training program sets you up to thrive in this role. Ongoing training with our renowned dating coaches is provided to help you further develop and grow your skills.

Candidate Requirements:

Quiet working environment with no distractions

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Great articulation

Fluency in English

Life coaching/relationship coaching/counseling experience required

Therapy experience would be a plus

Compassionate nature
