Job Description

Title: Sr. Director of Planning and Procurement

Location: FULLY REMOTE

Competitive Base Salary + Bonus + LTI (Long Term Incentives) + Benefits

Company Profile: A fast-growing, DTC company is looking to hire a Senior Director of Planning and Procurement to their team. This person will oversee the execution of the S&OP process, demand and supply planning, and procurement and ensure statistical tools are in place with accurate metrics.


The Sr. Director of Planning and Procurement will Be Responsible For the Following:

  • Provide recommendations and lead the execution of new and improved reporting tools
  • Lead weekly meetings to assess inventory and forecasting
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and communicate a comprehensive strategy
  • Manage accurate execution of PO’s across the global network
  • Ensure accurate PO placement and stock inventory to support rapid growth
  • Continuously improve forecasts


The Sr. Director of Planning and Procurement Should Have the Following Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Prefered
  • Experience with DTC models
  • 12+years experience in procurement and planning in a leadership role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Global shipping experience both inbound and outbound
  • Growth mindset
