A South Bay professional services company is looking for a Senior Director of Acquisitions to add to their team. Reporting to the VP of Finance, the Senior Director of Acquisitions will be responsible for working on acquisitions for new deals, buy side and eventually sell side, bank reporting and relationship management, and heavy financial modeling of acquisitions and underwriting. What do you need for this Senior Director of Acquisitions role?

• Bachelor's or MBA in Finance or related field
• Must be strong in data analytics
• 10+ years of acquisitions experience (especially on the buy side)
• Advanced Excel
• Strong financial modeling skills

• Perform due diligence on potential acquisitions
• Develop and execute acquisition strategies and growth targets
• Identify and source potential acquisition targets, conduct market research, and evaluate their strategic fit
