What do you need for this Vice President of Technical Accounting role?

• Must be hands on in additional to having management experience
• 15+ years of technical accounting and financial reporting experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
• Should have some public accounting experience
• Active CPA
• Experience with doing financial reporting for many entities on a global level
• Experience working with PE-backed companies gets you extra points

What will you do for this Vice President of Technical Accounting role?

• Files assets from a controllership standpoint
• Manage and develop a small team
• Oversee best practice accounting policies for domestic and international entities
• Act as the primary liaison for the internal audit
• Purchase price accounting for acquisitions
