Job Description

Talent Space, Inc. is a performing an Executive Confidential Search for our Streaming Technology Client.

The client has a headcount of 500+ people with annual revenues of $70m+. This role is for senior executive responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR plans and policies. Candidates should have prior experience leading HR for Technology-based companies and should have Subject Matter expertise in the following areas:

· International and Domestic Hiring

· Payroll (ADP)

· Personnel Management


Requirements:

· 4-year degree (Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or equivalent)

· Masters/PhD- Preferred

· 10+ years of Human Resources, 5+ years of Leadership


This role will report to the Head of HR and will have domestic and international travel expectations (10-20%).
