Job Description
Eagle Eye, an information technology company that empowers organizations to build strong relationships with their customers by delivering personalized and scalable one-to-one marketing communications, is seeking a highly motivated Regional Director for North America to join the team. The Regional Director will be responsible for managing the sales process in the region. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional work for Eagle Eye Group prospects and customers.


Responsibilities


  • You can run complex, multi-stakeholder deals of approx. $1m – $5m ARR
  • You will utilize Salesforce, Outreach, Hubspot and other tools in the technology stack to present sales, revenue, and realistic forecasts to the Chief Sales Officer
  • You will identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. You will develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics
  • You will be the guru of your own market and provide insight to the team on market trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to clients by extending Eagle Eye’s offerings
  • You will interact with clients at all the stages of the sales cycle, from prospecting and acquiring clients through demoing the platform to negotiating and closing
  • You can present our messaging to a high standard, create compelling proposals
  • You will work with and be supported by Marketing, Sales, Operations, Pre-Sales, Enterprise Solution Consulting, and Sales Enablement functions
  • Collaborate with Sales Development to generate new qualified opportunities and pipelines through innovative outbound strategies
  • You can run complex, multi-stakeholder deals of approx. $1m – $5m ARR


Requirements


  • Brilliant communication skills – verbal and written. You’ll have a strong ability to communicate and present effectively at all levels with a high standard of delivery, able to adapt messages for different audiences
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize your work amidst changing priorities
  • Thrive in a complex, enterprise sales cycle
  • English fluency required; Spanish fluency desired
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quota
  • Experience within a similar role, ideally within the Loyalty, Retail, and/or Technology/MarTech space
  • Ability to travel to the UK and across North American region for pitches and conferences
  • A flexible and collaborative approach to your work, with an ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment
  • Highly personable and engaging - you’ll be comfortable talking to and building relationships with people at all levels of the organization
  • Awareness of MEDDPICC framework
