About The Team
The Repeat Delivery team is responsible for the operations and customer experience for Petco’s eCommerce subscription program. Our team is dynamic and highly cross-functional, focusing on the processes driving customer acquisition, retention & satisfaction. This can include analyzing complex data to find hidden drivers of customer churn, identifying opportunities to improve inventory reservation for high-risk items, and partnering with data science teams to develop predictive models for customer actions.
About The Candidate
We are seeking a talented Senior Data Analyst to join our Repeat Delivery team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining complex data models and performing advanced data analysis using SQL. The Senior Data Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams across business verticals to provide data-driven insights that inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced data analysis using SQL to extract insights from large, complex data sets to identify and solve specific business problems.
• Build and maintain complex data models to support business analysis and reporting.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for improvement in operational processes.
• Work with data engineers and developers to ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights that inform business decisions.
• Create compelling data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders, using tools such as Looker, Power BI, etc.
• Guide cross-functional teams to data-driven decision making and support the development of a rich team culture.

Requirements

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• 3-5 years of experience working in a data analyst or business analyst role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.

The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
$87,100.00 - $130,700.00
