Job Summary:

As part of the Labor Systems team, you will provide comprehensive system strategy, optimization, and support for all labor and workforce management systems across domestic sites.
The Solutions Analyst will report to the Manager - Labor Systems Data Solutions.
This is a Full-Time role.
You Will:
- Build balanced and extensible solutions that require the minimum of resources to maintain
- Provide high-level estimation based on initial requirements
- Maintain a good solid understanding of data integrations technologies currently in use
- Develop outstanding, simple solutions to meet the immediate and long-term needs of information customers and stakeholders
- Participate in an on-call rotation and cross-functional sustainment duties with the team
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of IT technologies and developments. This may involve attending seminars, and training events, and reading relevant journals and technical documentation.
- Collect, process, and analyze large data sets
- Lead and prioritize multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment
- Provide rapid and accurate results for clients
- Break large complex problems into small and testable tasks
- Participate in ‘standard methodology’ initiatives in support of continuous improvement
- Follow standard processes for software development methodologies and testing procedures
- Understand, recommend, and support robust reporting and analytic architectures
You Will Have:
- 1 or more years of experience working with data technologies for example (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) or similar
- The initiative to get results despite uncertainty by being proactive, self-motivating, autonomous, etc.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities, and perform job responsibilities in a fast-paced environment accurately and with minimal supervision
- The ability to handle confidential information, and resolve conflicts effectively
- Strong work ethic with excellent attention to detail and quest for quality
- 1 or more years of experience with at least one primary language (C#, VB.net, JavaScript, Python) or similar language
- Ability to think strategically, analyze data
Preferred Qualifications:
It would be great if you also have:
- Validated experience with Visual Studio or similar IDE (Integrated development environment)
- Knowledge of .Net languages (C#, VB.net)
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science-related field or equivalent experience.
