Apprentice - Business Technology Solutions (Internal Hiring)

Job Overview:

As a Business Analyst apprentice, you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on key metrics across the organization. You will work closely with Operations Coordinators, Team Leaders, and Stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions to increase productivity and effectiveness. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining dashboards for campaigns and projects.

Responsibilities:

Manage and analyze data to support Operations Coordinators, Team Leaders, and Stakeholders in making data-driven decisions.
Develop dashboards for new and existing campaigns and projects, utilizing various reporting tools.
Update and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly data for Customer Success, Operations, and Training teams.
Develop and maintain project plans and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Report on any issues and have possible solutions in place for the team.
Analyze all data and create a narrative to make the report understandable.
Update all dashboards and reports for Operations Meetings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field.
Good analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
MS Excel / Google Sheet expert
Detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good mathematical skills.
Knowledge of different reporting tools is required.
Good platform/systems knowledge (experience in handling Gorgias / Aircall / Shopify is a plus but not required)
SQL Query Function and Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) is a Plus but not Required
