The Healthcare Technical Solutions Consultant brings healthcare specific industry standard technical expertise, software implementation experience. Must possess a unique blend of being business savvy, have an attention to detail, and familiarity with technical solutions. The Healthcare Technical Solutions Consultant will be responsible for operationalizing an evolving product roadmap and underlying solution design with our marketing and NK Digital Health Solutions teams to deliver healthcare delivery solutions. Provide technical leadership to our strategic partners.
Essential Functions and Main Duties
- Lead collaboration across our teams and clients and partners to guide feature priorities, product releases and customer engagement
- Engage with our customers & partners to learn about the needs of our patient monitoring systems to make solution recommendations
- Define clear technical solutions for all aspects of a project and help manage their proper execution
- Move fluidly from big picture to details & enable engineering to deliver complex cross-functional phases, often with tight deadlines.
- Be an outstanding collaborator, including directly managing key external technology partnerships for the product and internal stakeholders including product managers, IT stakeholders, finance, and clinical partners.
- Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions
- Solicit feedback from clients & internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving & expanding service offerings
- Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope
- Propose and establish framework for necessary contributions from various departments
- Analyze current technologies used within the company and determine ways to improve
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes.
- Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor progress of initiatives
- Resolve communication challenges and effectively develop relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Mainly, build trust across the organization and with our clients.
- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time based on business need.
- Lead teams in creating a release process that is well-defined, metrics driven and traceable from vision to delivery
- Technical coaching and mentoring ability
- Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates
Qualifications
Education / Certification / Experience Required
- Understanding of hospital IT infrastructures preferred
- 5+ years of experience in systems integration and support; working with patient monitoring solutions in the healthcare technical areas preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in technical studies or related discipline; relevant education and experience accepted in lieu of degree

- Keep abreast of current trends within healthcare technology
- Able to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical users
- Strong computer skills and must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to remove impediments from teams effectively, identify problems and recommend solutions quickly

- Able to work under pressure and time constraints
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Solid analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment
Compensation
The anticipated range for this position is $87,000 to $131,000. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, education, experience and location.

Working Conditions
Schedule: The regular hours for this full-time position are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, unless otherwise stated by the department manager. Holiday, weekend, and evening work hours may be required. Regular hours may vary due to the needs of the organization or department and are subject to change at any time at the Company’s discretion.
Physical: Generally may require some reaching, bending, stooping, squatting, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying up to 65 pounds, finger dexterity, repetitive motions, standing, walking, sitting, hearing, visual acuity, color vision, and 2-way written/verbal communication in English. More specific details may be provided as needed or requested.
Travel: Approximately 20-50%
Access to Customer Sites: It is an essential function of this position to perform duties in healthcare facilities, and to achieve the necessary vendor credentialing. As part of this process, it is typically required to provide proof of vaccinations (including for COVID-19), and related personal medical information, and to comply with other criteria as needed to be able to work at customer sites. Typical vendor credentialing expenses will be paid/reimbursed by the Company.
