About the role

In this role, you will be configuring and supporting multiple statistical analysis report products and analyzing the data that breathes life into them. As a key member of the Market Stats Data Infomatics (MSDI) team you will also be a contributor in the analysis, deployment, and maintenance of our report products. The MSDI team also works closely with the Data Analytics and Quality Assurance teams to produce monthly report products for our clients.

You will get to

• Create compelling, clear, and powerful visualizations of our data.
• Help support team members with daily tasks.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics, Project Management, and Quality Assurance teams to discuss problems and provide solutions for our clients.
• Assist client management teams in communication with clients by providing clear expectations and descriptions of what we need from our clients and what we can provide to them.
• Configure front end reporting systems based on client specifications.
• Understand the business goals, and provide thought leadership in creating, maintaining, and documenting revisions in our product portfolio.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $69,300.00 - $110,700.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

We're searching for a Business Analyst who has:

• Able to work cross-functionally and influence business partners to set realistic goals and focus on data driven solutions.
• Ability to synthesize results from multiple sources to create a richer more complete perspective of the issue or opportunity, and related implications.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in reporting and data visualization.
• A technical expert in the field of product analytics, comfortable utilizing and architecting modern tools, and excited to set the standard of existing systems and practices.
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills
• You thrive in a fluid, fast-paced, and results-oriented environment; able to adapt to changing business needs.
• Superb communication skills with the ability to distill complex issues and detailed analysis into simple, structured frameworks with concrete action plans.
• Experience with SQL, XML, multidimensional database models (SSAS), Excel, VBA, along with some knowledge of how a data pipeline works.
