Job Description
  • Background check required


Partners with business operations to ensure a complete understanding of business needs and objective and proactively resolves HR and business issues. Provides solutions through organizational effectiveness and employee life cycle management. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results.


We need someone with experience as Business or System Analyst role, or someone with Technology background (specifically, using different systems, integrations, APIs, easy to learn and adapt new HR technologies (ServiceNow, Virtual Assistant , etc.)


Overview:


  • Translate business requirements into Agile user stories
  • Supporting project work for HR Virtual Assistant (HRVA) Program: HR Chatbot
  • Participate in business requirements sessions
  • Supporting User Acceptance Testing
  • Support with key HR technologies and project phases
  • Writing and executing on test scripts for the virtual assistant features
  • Supporting triage of system defects
  • Business requirements collection, analysis, and documentation
Education Required:


  • Years’ Experience Required: 2-4 years of BA experience preferred
  • Bachelors preferred in IT/technology, but not required if years of experience is met
