Position: IT Business Analyst

Location: HYBRID (Pella, Iowa)

Salary: up to $95,000 base annual salary + exceptional benefits

Robert Half is looking for a IT Business Analyst for a permanent direct hire full time position with one of our clients. The position is HYBRID out of Pella, IA.

In this IT Business Analyst permanent position you will join a highly successful and financially stable organization and working on a small team of about 4 people. This is a great opportunity to leverage your prior IT Business Analyst technical and or support experience and continue learn and expand on your skills while making a positive impact within your community. It is an ideal position to learn and support third party proprietary IT application systems and be the primary point of contact. You will have the opportunity to take ownership, work with other analysts and collaborate with IT and Operations to provide excellent support and customer service.

Requirements:

  • BA degree preferred with at least 3 - 5 years of IT Business Analyst experience. This can be prior technical development and or analyst and or support experience.
  • Excellent organizational, communication with ability to translate operational terms to IT and IT terms to operations. Any prior healthcare experience, training, education is a big plus.
  • Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements, helping IT implement system changes and testing those system changes and supporting and trouble-shooting with end users.
