Devereux’s Corporate Information Resources myAvatar Systems has an immediate opening for an experienced, enthusiastic and creative business analyst to join our team. As Devereux’s myAvatar Business Analyst, you will play a key role, under the direction of the Product Owner, Electronic Health Records, with your proven analytical, communication and planning skills you will work collaboratively with departments/end-users and serve as a liaison with agencies, funding sources and Center personnel.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, planning, communication and organizational skills with responsibility for system configuration and financial/business contractual needs. Participate in system and process design and identification and resolution of operational and workflow issues that can be addressed through reconfiguration, redesign, training/retraining or alternative or supplemental solutions. In addition, provide financial support on all finance functions within the system to provide support to finance teams on various initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Self-starter with ability to be adaptable, flexible and change activities quickly and make quick and accurate decisions and the ability to work independently in a matrixed organization with local and remote stakeholders.
• Conceptual, creative thinker with a passion for writing, for business development and RFP responses.
• Team player/Servant Leader attitude and outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and work collaboratively with all levels and diverse groups within, and outside of, the organization.
• Three to five years’ experience in system application development, design or management.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Systems Management, or 5 years’ relevant work experience.
• Strong proficiency with word processing, database management and presentation software. (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBI and Word).
• Exceptional written/oral communication skills, strong project management and organizational skills.
