Dematic is hiring for a talented and successful Talent Acquisition Partner/Recruiter within our Global Talent Acquisition team to support recruiting for the Americas. We are looking for a strong and energetic talent advisor who can drive positive change for the business. This individual will have an ability to execute with little direction, problem solve to achieve goals and will help evolve, innovate and revolutionize recruiting to drive positive change for the organization while providing customer support and working with cross-functional teams. This position can be fully remote anywhere within the US!

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $65,000-140,000/yr at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks And Qualifications

This Is What You Will Do in This Role

• Demonstrated proficiency with MS office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to use discretion in handling confidential information.
• Experience in a high-paced environment and demonstrate the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to self-manage and execute work with little direction.
• Must have a high energy level, be pro-active and support oriented.
• Excels at leveraging technology and sourcing techniques to locate, engage and attract candidates.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, coordinate multiple requests and set priorities accordingly.
• Work closely with HRBPs and Hiring Managers as a true partner and advisor within Talent Acquisition – analyzing data, setting benchmarks, sourcing ROI, strategy, competitor analysis and more.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 5 years’ recruiting experience in a technical organization or space.
• Experience with e-recruitment systems; Workday preferred.
• Experience recruiting positions in installation, project management, customer service, sales and/or solution development preferred.
• External network of recruitment experts and resources.
• Proven experience using social media to identify and attract candidates.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or other related field.
