Senior Talent Operations Partner Jobs

BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.

Familiarity with sourcing tools, and candidate management systems (ATS).

Support and train the hiring managers in the recruitment process.

(5-7) years of proven work experience in the Talent Acquisition function (Agency experience is a huge plus).

Experience in hiring both Tech & Non-Tech roles.

Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.

Strong project and time management skills

6+ years of professional career experience, including 3+ years in an operational role in fintech, banking-as-a-service, or financial services company

Experience interfacing with financial institutions or managing banking partner relationships

Working knowledge of card issuance, card processors, card networks and card printers

Executive-level verbal and written communication skills

Deep understanding of the embedded finance space, particularly on the issuer side and/or in payments

Excellent project management skills, and a track record of organizing and driving complex cross-functional projects

Management and recruiting experience a plus

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Analytical skills - comfort analyzing, interpreting, and reporting on large data sets in Excel

Experience with Looker or comparable BI tools

Ability to create and implement tactical operational plans to achieve KPIs

Willingness to own projects directly or adjacent to your day to day responsibilities

Understanding and experience in running training sessions/programs

Ability to articulate equity offering

5 - 8 years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment or as a HRBP

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in an external recruitment capacity

Experience leveraging a ATS (Applicant Tracking System) such as Greenhouse
