What's the Job?
As a Program Manager, you will be effectively and efficiently planning, organizing, and managing various projects assisting the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (OASCR) related to Quality Control & Communications Support.
In this role, you will be:
- Responsible for reporting, quality control review of work performed by you staff, oversight of staff and coordination with OASCR.
- Developing a detailed project report, defining the scopes of the projects and timeframes.
- Remaining aware of how the project is progressing and provide reports/ updates as warranted.
- Setting and managing departmental deadline expectations.
- Reviewing all existing documentation, as well as meet with staff and stakeholders to gather all relevant information and assess the compliance of current policies, procedures, and practices.
- Creating an accurate timeline of project completions to ensure tasks are finished within the confines of the assignment.
Location
This is a hybrid position in the Washington D.C. area. You will be required to work in Washington D.C. at least two days per week.
Requirements
- Must have Management Consulting experience (5+ years experience).
- Must be PMP certified.
