Foxhole Technology is looking to add a seasoned Sr. Program Manager to our team to lead a large scale DOD effort providing enterprise-wide services and solutions for infrastructure support, installations and moves, equipment ordering and tracking, warehouse support, warranty purchases, tracking and renewal. The service delivery environment comprises a series of interconnected IT systems whose purpose is the integration of information, applications, and processes throughout USSOCOM’s global operations across Department of Defense (DoD) organizational boundaries.

• Responsible for the management of program budgets and the implementation of program governance
• Responsible for the identification, evaluation, and mitigation of schedule, technical, and performance risks associated with the contract
• Program Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Lead, motivate and communicate with your delivery team to ensure exemplary program delivery
• Heavy logistical and warehousing components of work from purchasing, receiving, inventory, repair, issuance, recovery, and disposal through the entire logistical life cycle.
• Federal Acquisition experience with Level 3 DAWIA Acquisition certification
• BS Degree
• Responsible for corporate program business operations, to include monthly program management reviews, financial health tracking, resource management, subcontractor management, personnel performance reviews and career development, and continuous improvements.
• 10 or more years of support to the Department of Defense Special Operations Community
• Oversee personnel, equipment, and technologies globally in sometimes hazardous, challenging combat environments.
• Communicate and work directly with customers at a senior level to ensure we meet their high standards of project execution
• Responsible for organizational resources and management controls to include program planning, financial reporting, quality assurance, quality control, strategic and operational planning, progress/status reporting, and program reviews to meet performance and schedule requirements throughout contract execution
• Drive process improvement efforts, capture lessons learned, and make recommendations for improving the engineering and administrative processes and policies for future activities
• Oversee personnel performing on the contract.
• Work with Foxhole’s Operations Director and Business Development team on organic and net new growth opportunities
• Prepare and maintain program management deliverables such as Project Plans and quarterly, monthly and weekly progress/status reports.
• Prepare to analyze, write requirements, and build successful delivery/project plans for more than 200 ROMs of military IT support to SOCOM during the next 5 year contract period.
• Provide Enterprise IT support to the Department of Defense Special Operations Command (SOCOM) in Tampa FL.
• Serve as primary point of contact for status and resolution of all contract management, implementation, and technical matters for a Department of Defense contract
• 25 or more years of Enterprise IT (computer science, networking engineering, enterprise architect) experience
