Why do we need you? Well, we are looking for a Senior ABM Program Manager to strategize, implement and analyze account-based programs for our Expansion motion at Calendly. Your mission will be to drive growth and scale through the development and execution of robust account-based marketing programs while reporting to the Senior Manager, Expansion Marketing.
A day in the life of a Senior Manager of Expansion Marketing at Calendly
You will be developing and implementing a GTM and ABM strategy across existing customers, using data for insights, and leading a small team in a very fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
On a typical day, you will be working on
- Own the state of your business - target account engagement, budget management, pipeline health.
- Partnering with Sales Leaders and Enablement to keep the sales teams fully enabled on all live and upcoming marketing programs.
- Partnering with Solutions Marketing, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Operations/Analytics to deliver best-in-class integrated programs.
- Tracking program results, measure success and report metrics to varying partners across the business.
- Partnering with the Senior Manager, Expansion Marketing on the strategy, execution and analysis of ABM programs in support of our Expansion sales motion.
- Defining and implementing repeatable processes to scale the ABM strategy across the business.
- Developing, implementing, and analyzing end-to-end programs for top business accounts that drive the ABM motion.
What do we need from you?
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time within a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
- Proven track record of hitting pipeline goals.
- Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America as Calendly does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time
- Experience with budget management and return on investment analysis.
- The experience and passion to think creatively and generate ideas on how to build robust, unique 1:Few and 1:Many programs.
- A natural curiosity to understand how things work and connect - like lead scoring, lead routing, the MarTech stack and more.
- 7+ years of hands-on B2B SaaS GTM marketing experience.
- Organized self-starter with the ability to plan, implement, and measure multiple marketing programs at once.
- Experience in evolving marketing programs based on performance data, ground level feedback from sales and understanding of the business.
- Ability to work successfully in a constantly evolving environment with competing priorities
- Strong experience with Marketo, Salesforce and 6Sense (or other similar platforms).
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams; ability to effectively communicate with, influence, and motivate a wide variety of people at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills - knowing how to adjust the content based on the audience.
