Uniphore is looking for a leader to manage the Global Payroll function. You have a proven track record of managing a global payroll function. You will provide visionary and strategic direction of the global payroll processes and operations overseeing a multi-state and multi-country payroll for 800+ employees. This role is suited for someone with the ability to execute, influence and effectively communicate in a fast-paced, growing, and ever-changing environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in global payroll administration, with the ability to think big and the ability to execute. This role will manage payroll operations, vendors, third-party relationships, and process improvement.

Expectations of the role:

• Ensures payroll reporting, inputs, and outputs are compliant with company policy, accepted accounting principles, and applicable government regulations. Support the accounting team with month, quarterly and year-end financial close.
• Drive process automation, standardization, and improvement to ensure process efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage the global day to day payroll operations, including vendors and third-party relationships.
• Work with payroll vendors to support systems and procedures along with pay policies/compensation initiatives.
• Implementation of key performance metrics to measure performance, compliance, and effectiveness of the global payroll function.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for global payroll processes, escalation point of contact and ensuring accuracy and compliance with local tax and payroll-related laws.
• Hands on ownership of global payroll, responsible for domestic and international payroll by developing and executing a strategic plan to scale and optimize the global payroll administration, as well as creating positive relationships with Finance, HRIS, Compensation/Benefits and other key functions.

About you:

• Expertise in global payroll regulations and reporting requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or similar
• Workday and ADP experience is a must
• Experience in the development of efficiencies in payroll processes and internal controls
• Minimum of 10+ years global payroll experience
• Background in implementing and working in an outsourced payroll vendor model
• Proactive, assertive, strong analytical (proficiency in Excel) and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to effectively communicate with and influence stakeholders at all levels

$100,000 - $120,000 a year

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated base salary hiring range for this position is:

$100,000 base - $120,000 + 10% target variable

The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate's qualifications and prior experience.
