National Payroll Manager Jobs

CornerStone has partnered with a local company in their search for a National Payroll Manager to lead a team of 7 in biweekly payroll for over 11K employees; union and non-union. The National Payroll Manager will review current payroll processes and procedures for efficacy and identify areas of improvement and need for training. They will develop and implement training to their team so even during employee vacations, leaves or absences, payroll processes are streamlined and upheld. The desired candidate will have experience in both Kronos and ADP, as the company is about to roll out and implement ADP with the company.

Requirements of the National Payroll Manager:

• Ensure payroll deadlines and reporting are met, as well as year end W-2’s correct and issued on time
• Bachelor in business, finance or accounting desired; work experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree
• Extensive experience working with ADP Payroll Processing; handling garnishments and checks entering
• Exposure working with union and non-union employee payroll
• Must have worked with Kronos in prior roles, as the company is transitioning over to ADP
• 3+ years leading a payroll team; 7 years conducting multi-state and/or global payroll desired
