Hr/Payroll Coordinator Jobs

This HR/Payroll Coordinator position will also have Medical Records Responsibilities.: Salary Range: $15.00 - $17.00 Depending on experience Nexion affiliates operate 50 skilled nursing and rehabilitation as well as assisted living facilities in Colorado, Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas. • Long term care experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Compile and maintain report data as assigned. Qualifications:
• Participate in the Nexion Neighbor Program.
• Administer new hire orientation.
• Prepare all required documentation necessary to process payroll.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Perform all required pre-employment background checks and license/certification verification.
• Maintain personnel files.
• Coordinate recruiting/staffing process.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
