This role provides the opportunity to either work remotely within the Tri-state area or out of our Bombas HQ in New York City.


About the Job:


As a Senior Marketing Associate, CRM you will play a critical role in analyzing customer data, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction. Using your analytical skills and customer-focused mindset, you will work to optimize Email, SMS, and paid channel campaigns to maximize customer loyalty and minimize churn. Your ability to draw meaningful insights from data will be instrumental in shaping our customer retention strategies and driving business growth.


What you'll be responsible for:


  • Manage day-to-day operations of calendared emails, automated/triggered (lifecycle, transactional, promotional) emails, and SMS campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including:
  • Leverage data to optimize campaign strategies (e.g. segmentation, messaging and creative, and frequency).
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to optimize key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue.
  • Creative, content, and product teams, to develop compelling marketing assets and messaging
  • Partner with Search, Social and Offline channel managers to ideate and execute on paid retention campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, SMS marketing, and customer segmentation.
  • Digital product and site merchandising to optimize on-site experience
  • Track and report on Retention campaign performance across Email, SMS and paid channels.
  • Partner with Data & Analytics and Customer Insights teams to better understand repeat customer behavior
  • Collaborate on and maintain the marketing email content calendar

What you'll bring:


  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful CRM strategies and tactics.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Oracle Responsys, Braze, Hubspot)
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret and act on data insights.
  • Experience with data visualizations tools (Looker, Tableau) is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 2+ years relevant experience in CRM, with a proven track record of driving customer engagement and retention.
  • Project management experience, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

The pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $80,000 and $95,000/year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, market factors, and business need.


The Bombas total rewards package offered for this position may also include other elements, such as annual bonus and equity target award opportunities as well as medical, financial, and well-being benefits. Additional details of these benefits will be provided if a candidate receives an offer of employment.
