The Challenge to Solve


Empower local business owners by delighting their customers with personalized, multichannel user journeys that increase engagement and keep their customers coming back for more.


The Role


As a member of our Consumer Product team, you would create innovative experiences that are as delightful as they are effective. You would work collaboratively with the Product Manager to define and execute the product roadmap against company goals and realistic timelines. You would help develop and test hypotheses, optimize the experience, and be a driving force for our cross-functional team to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities. This role would work normal business hours.


The Team


Your day-to-day team would include a collaborative group of Marketing Associates, iOS and Android Engineers, Product Designers, Creative, QA specialists, Analytics and a Product Manager working remotely and in-person at our offices in New York City, Skopje, and Belfast. You would partner with these teams to develop campaigns and increase customer engagement, as well as support new feature launches and development. This role would report to the Consumer Product leadership.

We’re looking for CRM manager who are excited to build world-class products for small business counters.


  • Ability to identify trends and patterns to create optimized and personalized consumer journeys
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially with creative, design, analytics, and engineering
  • Ability to manage timelines, planning, and execution of various multi-channel campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to test and validate various campaigns, features, or ideas
  • Experience leading and managing a team
  • Experience with product thinking and data analysis, which will be used to inform strategic vision
  • Experience and in-depth understanding of multiple channels such as: push notifications, email, and SMS
  • 5+ years of experience working in B2B software companies, with at least 2 years of experience working with CRM systems

Salary Range: $155k to $170k + benefits.
