About The Opportunity:
In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of key CRM marketing and retention campaigns. This role will own in-platform campaign execution (email, push, etc), support driving personalization and retention, as well operate as a technical consultant to our Strategy & Data Analytics team. This role requires prior experience in campaign management/deployment and segmentation, building In-platform customer journeys and triggered programs, and supporting data hygiene in ESPs and Customer Engagement Platforms (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, etc) for Email and Push (SMS and In-app messaging would be added bonuses). This is a hybrid role with 2 days in our Chicago or New York office per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Strategic & Data Analytics team on technical & creative QA for all campaign launches to ensure flawless execution and deployments
- Execute email / push / SMS/ in-app messaging for recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns in Braze
- Suggest & implement operational and workflow improvements to constantly improve the operational production & documentation processes
- Regular monitoring of live campaigns- escalating and communicating issues & solutions to leadership for remediation
- Serve as CRM and Campaign Set-up subject matter expert, and demonstrate the ability to apply CRM platform capabilities (i.e. Braze, Movable Ink) to help bring to life life CRM strategy and personalized diner experiences
You Must Have:
- 2+ years of work experience in email and push notifications
- Hands-on executional experience with Braze (or similar ESPs and/or Consumer Engagement Platforms i.e. Iterable, Braze, Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
- Ability to anticipate and understand technical dependencies
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder asks
- Excellent communication, organization, teamwork and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail
- Curious Mind - always asking “why” and “why not?”
- Self-starter - Proactively identify opportunities and lead solutions day-to-day, take pride in delivering a valuable consumer experience
- Bachelor’s degree required
- HTML knowledge and Technical capabilities to QA/troubleshoot and collaborate to ensure successful and valuable data integrations across data science, engineering, product, and marketing teams

NYC Salary Range: $78,500 - $102,000
The Base Pay component of our Total Rewards package is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to: job responsibilities, location, experience and, education/certifications. In addition to the pay component, this role may be eligible for equity and benefits as part of the Total Rewards package. The Total Rewards package will be determined at the time a contingent offer is made.
