Description:


The Co-Brand portfolio is a key driver of premium lending for Global Commercial Services (GCS). We are distinctly focused on delivering best in-class products and experiences to grow our current portfolios (Amazon, Delta, Hilton, Marriott, & Lowe’s) and to win new business with exciting and scalable retail and travel partners.


This role will lead the Amazon Business Card, responsible for creating and driving product strategy, leading partner relationships, and developing mutual initiatives that deliver value to customers. The Product Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the product's success, driving best-in-class economics, and delivering compelling value as well as a seamless customer experience!


How will you make an impact in this role?


  • Play a key role in the review and management of ad-doc marketing and servicing customer communication strategies and assets
  • Owning portfolio strategy and driving profitable growth through P&L management
  • Optimizing the customer experience by delivering on product and marketing enhancements
  • Leverage data, analytics, and customer insights to identify and own new strategic opportunities to grow the Card portfolio
  • Work across internal teams and Amazon to drive customer engagement (e.g. whole-wallet spend behaviors, employee card uptake and lending)
  • Have fun along the way!
  • Act as project manager to influence cross-functional partners (Marketing, Servicing, Technology, Legal, and Compliance)
  • Actively support budgeting, reporting, and other critical portfolio management activities to ensure we are meeting partner commitments


Minimum Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 5 years of Product Management, Partner Management or related experience


Preferred Qualifications


  • Excellent communications skills to audiences at all levels
  • Strong business and financial competence and understanding of a P&L
  • Strategic problem solver, able to convert strategy into clear, practical tactics and bring deals and initiatives to successful closure
  • Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration and relationship building skills, and a track record of building momentum with internal and external partners
  • Experience with maintaining relationships with external partners


Employment eligibility to work with American Express in the U.S. is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.


Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
