The Role

We are actively seeking impassioned entrepreneurs and potential co-founders who are poised to: Collaboratively ideate and trial groundbreaking concepts to tackle significant challenges in digital health, or take the reins of a pre-conceived notion and navigate it to a successful launch. Above all, we desire astute business leaders and adept company architects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assume a leadership role and potentially co-found a pioneering idea or a cohort of ideas, steering the ideation, testing, technology development, and launch of prospective Venture Studio enterprises.

• Cultivate a culture of intense collaboration alongside Venture Studio executives and team members.

• Conduct comprehensive market research, identifying trends, competitive landscapes, and unexplored prospects within the digital health domain.

• Blueprint business models, go-to-market strategies, and fiscal budgets for diverse ventures.

• Collaborate closely with the product engineering team to outline a minimum viable product (MVP), proof of concept (POC), and an actionable product roadmap.

• Elicit excitement and conviction within the investor and customer spheres.

• Present fresh concepts fortified by preliminary market research, qualitative and quantitative analyses, and supplementary documentation, driving informed go/no-go decisions.

• Champion the rigorous testing of product-market fit, with an unrelenting commitment to objective assessment.

• Deliver routine progress reports on ideas across various stages of venture development.

• Devising and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy in partnership with Venture Studio executives to garner external investor interest.

• Prior experience as a founder, co-founder, startup CEO, or in an equivalent leadership role.
