About the Role:
This role will be responsible for leading the overall Non Alc strategy and execution for HEINEKEN USA and Lagunitas Beer Company in the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning: Lead the 1-year/3-year planning cycles for Non Alc portfolio, developing short- and long-term forecasts for defined Non Alc segment(s), brands, and geographies.
- Category Leadership: Develop best-in-class Non Alc category selling story to maximize full potential of segment at retail, partnering with key customers to increase overall productivity of Non Alc brands on shelf.
- Channel Strategy: Identify short- and long-term opportunities to drive incremental portfolio growth across key growth channels (E-Commerce, C-Store, On Premise, Concession/Venues, Unlicensed Accounts).
- Innovation: Develop innovation funnel to build 3-year pipeline of future Non Alc brands and line extensions, leveraging consumer & category insights + emerging trends within Non Alc beer and adjacent categories.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Provide monthly business reviews to HUSA/Lagunitas Steering Committee, escalating critical decisions needed to key stakeholders to ensure effective actions are taken aligned to company strategy.
- Retail Activation: Develop effective retail programming strategy and full year support calendar across portfolio of Non Alc brands.
- Team Leadership: Effectively lead direct report(s) and cross-functional team (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, Legal) to deliver against HEINEKEN NV Non Alc Beyond Beer ambition for the US market.
- Distributor Partnership: Collaborate with wholesalers in key markets to maximize the Non Alc opportunity across their full portfolio of offerings in the segment.
- Insights to Action: Apply consumer first approach to brand development and commercialization of products across the MWB Framework to unlock full potential of Non Alc portfolio on existing strategic brands (Heineken® 0.0, Dos Equis Lime & Salt Zero, Lagunitas IPNA, Lagunitas Hoppy Refresher).
- Portfolio Strategy: Lead the overall development of HUSA and Lagunitas Non Alc portfolio strategy to effectively grow overall household penetration, FGP, and market share of Non Alc business in the US market. Leverage Polaris and Demand Space framework to define ‘Where to Play’ and ‘How to Win’ within Non Alc.
Basic Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Project management experience
- 5+ years of commercial experience (Brand, Sales, Trade Marketing)

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary Range: $125,000 - $140,000 + Annual Bonus
- Vacation – 20 Days Paid Vacation & Unlimited Sick Days
